LAHORE, July 4: Justice Fazal-i-Miran Chauhan of the Lahore High Court on Friday issued notices to Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah in a petition seeking to disqualify him.
Petitioner Ismail Seela, a candidate who lost to Sanaullah at PP-70, Faisalabad, said the Election Commission should be restrained from notifying Sanaullah as a returned candidate.
