15 injured in clash

SUKKUR, July 3: Fifteen people were injured in an armed clash between two religious groups at Wah Buriro village in Kandhra area late on Wednesday.

According to the reports, following some minor dispute, members of the two groups attacked each other with sticks and stones. Fifteen people got injured in the clash. Later, they were taken to Kandhra and Sukkur hospitals.

The Kandhra police on the complaint of one Muneer Ahmed Buriro registered a case against nine people.

Another case on the complaint of one Ghulam Shabbir Buriro has been registered against nine others. However, no arrest was made.—Correspondent
