PTTF names teams

KARACHI, July 1: The Pakistan Table Tennis Federation (PTTF) on Tuesday named a 12-member Pakistan junior and cadet teams to take part in the South Asian Junior table tennis championship to be held at the Habib Public School from July 9 to 11. The squad includes three boys and as many girls in junior and cadet classes.

The selected players are undergoing training in Quetta.

Team:

Boys’ U-18: Abdur Rahim, Salman Virk, Faheem Raza.

Girls’ U-18: Maliha Khursheed, Ayesha Khan, Mobeena Hameed.

Boys’ U-15 (cadet): Salman Virk, Rameez Khan, Abbas Ahmed.

Girls’ U-15 (cadet): Ibeera Ali, Iqra Saeed, Shumaila Wasti.—APP
