SAHIWAL, May 2: The Fateh Sher police on the orders of the Punjab governor on Thursday registered a case against kidnappers of the Christian girl after four weeks.

Reports said two women Zubaida and Nasreen took 16-year-old Saima to an unknown place. Her parents approached the women but failed to get their daughter back.

The Fateh Sher police refused to register a case against the accused. Saima’s parents appealed to the Punjab governor to get the kidnappers arrested without delay.

On the governor’s orders, the police have registered a case under Hudood Ordinance.
