3 detainees released

JACOBABAD, June 14: Three illegally confined people were released from the A-section police station Kandhkot on Saturday.

According to reports, Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Zakaullah Abro raided the A-section police station Kandhkot and got released three people, Aitbar Nawab and Mohammad Bux, all belonging to Bhangwar tribe.

Aitbar’s son Bahar Khan filed an application with District and Sessions Judge Amjad Bhoyo against illegal detention of three men.

Judicial Magistrate Zakaullah Abro on the directive of Sessions Judge raided the police station and got them released with further orders to appear in the Court of District and Sessions Judge, along with the SHO, on Monday.

DPO Mohammad Younus Chandio when contacted said one was involved in a number of cases, while the other two in a case under inquiry.

The SHO was not available at the police station.
