KARACHI, May 2: The process of admissions to the evening classes at the Karachi University will commence from May 10.

This was announced by a spokesman of Karachi University on Thursday. He further pointed out that these admissions would continue till May 25.

Admissions would be offered for six programmes for bachelor’s degree in the faculties of science, arts, commerce and pharmacy. Admissions to three certificate and five diploma programmes will also be offered.

The university spokesman further said the new subjects being offered included a four-year BS degree of actuarial science and risk management and one-year diploma programme in development support communication and environmental science.

He pointed out that admissions would be on entry test basis in BS computer science, B. pharmacy and B.Sc. food science and technology and masters in computer science, public administration, applied physics and English.—APP
