HYDERABAD: Polio drive

HYDERABAD, June 9: The district health officials appealed to people’s representatives and parents on Monday to cooperate with health teams during the June 10-12 three-day anti-polio campaign that would commence today.

The EDO of health Dr Buksh Ali Pitafi and district focal person Dr Ahmed Haider said at a news conference that 262,674 children would be administered anti-polio drops by 624 mobile teams, 79 fixed points and 32 transit points in the district.—Bureau
