KARACHI, June 3: Pakistan’s Farhan Mehboob has jumped seven places up to 36th place in men’s rankings announced by the Professional Squash Association for the month of June.

Farhan, 19, clinched the PSF President squash championship last month.

Pakistan’s other players, namely Yasir Butt has moved three places up to 45, Shahid Zaman has climbed four places to 78 while Aamir Atlas Khan has maintained his previous ranking which is 32.

Khawaja Adil Maqbool has jumped one place up to 75 while Majid Khan has improved his ranking by three places to settle at 81st spot.

Country’s two players face slump. Mansoor Zaman has moved one place down to 34 while Shams-ul-Islam Khan goes five positions down to 95.

Meanwhile, world champion Egypt’s Amr Shabana moves into his 27th successive month at the top.
