HYDERABAD, April 29: The controller of examinations, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, has announced the names of the candidates who have taken positions in different disciplines in the semester examination of 2000.

According to a notification issued by the university, Ms Sahira Bano, daughter of Mohammad Arif Rajput, took first position, Ms Jamila Dahiri, daughter of Allah Bux Dahiri, took second position and Zahid Hussain, son of Nizam Din, took third position in M.A (final), English, pass side, semester examination of 2000.

Syed Naveed Shah, son of Syed Mehtab Ali Shah, took first position and Shaukat Ali, son of Alif Din Gujjar, took second position in M.A (final), International Relations.

Ayaz Ahmed, son of Ali Nawaz Khan Chachar, took first position, Ms Farwah Shah, daughter of Syed Wali Mohammad Shah Rizvi, took second position and Imtiaz Ali, son of Mohammad Qasim Tunio, took third position in MPA (final), honours, semester examination of 2000.

Gul Hassan, son of Mohammad Hashim Magsi, took first position, Mohammad Ilyas, son of Ali Gohar Abro, took second position and Ghulam Abbas, son of Madad Ali Mugheri Baloch, took third position in M.Sc (final), Physics, semester examination of 2000.

Riaz Hussain, son of Mir Hassan Mari Baloch, took first position, Usman Ahmed Khan, son of Mumtaz Ahmed Khan Pathan, took second position and Maqsood Ali, son of Ahmed Ali Abro, took third position in M.Sc (final), Physics, semester examination of 1999.

It had been further announced that the university reserves the right to issue any correction in the result if any mistake was detected later on.
