Villager killed

MIRPURKHAS, Oct 23: A villager, Tekam Das, died when he was hit by a bus on the Mithi Naokot road on Monday.

Mithi Police registered a case against the bus driver, Dildar Awan.

INJURED: A labourer was seriously injured when he fell down from the top floor of 40-foot high Sindhri Flour Mill here on Tuesday.

Abu Bakar, 50, a labourer, accidentally fell down from the 40-foot high building, sustaining serious injuries.

He was rushed to the Civil Hospital.

SUSPENDED: DIG of Mirpurkhas, Syed Jamal Shah, has suspended the Incharge of CIA police, Younis Baloch, on Monday on charges of torturing the arrested Ulema.

ROBBERY: Unknown persons broke into the shop of Syed Zakir Ali at Chhor on Monday and stole items.—Correspondent
