KARACHI, April 18: Two ships arrived at the outer anchorage during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Friday.

Berth occupancy was maintained at 60 per cent at the wharves where six vessels, Al-Wajba, Shadwan Island, Hyderabad, Donna-V, Star Dust and Advance Victoria, were busy in loading and unloading containers, cement, rice, fertiliser, palm oil and diesel oil.

A cargo volume of 36,144 tons comprising 18,676 tons of import and 17,469 tons of export tonnage was handled.
