QUETTA, April 17: The Balochistan High Court on Thursday reshuffled the subordinate judiciary.

According to an official statement issued here, additional sessions judge, Quetta, Rashid Mahmood has been promoted to district sessions judge, Hub. He will replace Tariq Anwar Kasi who has been posted as presiding officer of the first labour court, Quetta.

Additional sessions judge II, Quetta, Ghulam Sadiq has been promoted to sessions judge, Zhob, and Raja Jawad Abbas will take over as sessions judge, Dera Allahyar.

Sessions judge, Zhob, Zafar Ali Khoso has been transferred to Usta Mohammad to replace Ms Shagufta Begum who has been posted as presiding officer of the second labour court, Sibi.

Additional sessions judge, Dera Mura Jamali, Munir Ahmed has been promoted as sessions judge, Dera Murad Jamali, and additional sessions judge Jan Mohammad Gohar has been promoted as sessions judge, Sibi. Sessions judge (officiating) Ms Ehram Niazi has been posted as sessions judge, Pishin.

Additional sessions judge, Panjgur, Mohammad Amal Khan has been posted as additional session judge II, Quetta, and additional sessions judge, Kohlu, Allah Dad has been posted as additional sessions judge IV, Quetta.

Senior civil judge, Pishin Nauroz Khan has been transferred to Panjgur as officiating additional sessions judge. Senior civil judge ex-cadre Shujauddin has been promoted as additional sessions judge, Qila Abdullah, in Chaman.

Senior civil judge Bashir Ahmed Badani has been made additional sessions judge, Kohlu, and senior civil judge Sadatullah has been posted as additional sessions judge, Dalbandin.

Senior civil judge II, Quetta, Syed Zulfiqar Hussain Naqvi has been promoted as additional sessions judge, Awaran, and senior civil judge Mohammad Jamshed Khan has been posted as additional sessions judge, Qila Saifullah.

Senior civil judge Daud Khan Nasar has been made as additional sessions judge, Dera Allahyar, and senior civil judge I, Quetta, Abdul Qahar Khan has been posted as additional sessions judge I, Sibi. Senior civil judge, Dera Allahyar, Abdul Hakim has been promoted as additional sessions judge, Dera Bugti. Additional sessions judge, Dera Bugti, Pazeer Ahmed Baloch has been transferred to Turbat as additional sessions judge.

Senior civil judge, Gwadar, Mohammad Anwar has been posted as senior civil judge, Sibi in place of M. Zarif who has been posted as senior civil judge I, Quetta. Civil judge III, Quetta, Zahoor Ahmed Lango has been posted as officiating senior civil judge II, Quetta, and civil judge, Nushki, Jamaluddin has been posted as officiating senior civil judge, Dera Allahyar.

Judicial magistrate, Washak, Abdul Wahab Kakar has been posted as officiating senior civil judge, Pishin, and civil judge IV, Quetta, Aminullah Kasi has been made officiating senior civil judge, Gwadar.
