Four PIA flights cancelled

MULTAN, April 16: Four PIA flights two from Lahore and Karachi and two return flights were cancelled on Wednesday due to ‘operational problems’, an enquiry official said.

The official said that PK-386 Lahore-Multan, scheduled for 10:30am, and its return flight and PK-330 Karachi-Multan, scheduled for 2:30pm, and its return flight were cancelled.

He however said the airport had not received any schedule for Thursday that could affect the departure of Bangladeshi and Pakistani cricket teams, which were playing a one-day international cricket match in Multan on Wednesday.—APP
