TIMERGARA, April 4: A man and a married woman were shot dead on suspicion of having illicit relations in Malakand Bagh village on Thursday night.

According to police and residents, the father-in-law of the woman, Shah Madar, gathered some people of the village before killing the couple and told them that they (victims) were allegedly ‘caught’ red-handed.

The woman Amjada was married to Momin Khan of Malakand about four years back and her husband was working in Saudi Arabia. During his absence she allegedly developed illicit relation with a man identified as Sardar of Saddu.
