ISLAMABAD, March 13: Pakistan, reacting to an Indian High Commission’s statement regarding the death of a Pakistani, Khalid Mehmood, in an Indian jail, again asked India on Thursday to provide full report of circumstances in which he died and share details of the investigation with Pakistan.

Foreign Office spokesman Muhammad Sadiq said: “We have seen clarification issued through media by the Indian High Commission and the explanation given in the press release does not fully explain the circumstances for the death of Khalid Mehmood.”

He said: “We once again ask Indian authorities to provide full report in the circumstances of death of Khalid Mehmood and share the investigation conducted in this matter.”—APP
