ISLAMABAD April 14: The Pakistan Muslim League (N) anticipates that the Musharraf government will not allow the aircraft carrying exiled ex-premier Nawaz Sharif, or any member of his family, to land at any airport of the country.

A PML (N) leader Siddiqul Farooq told Dawn on Sunday that the exiled league leader had expressed, time and again, his utmost desire of returning home and was in the process of making a surprise bid. He, however, was not sure whether such an attempt would succeed.

Raja Zafarul Haq who recently met the ousted premier in Jeddah, had discussions with the Sharifs and took their message to the party and ARD chief Nasrullah Khan that Nawaz Sharif was waiting for an opportune time to stage a comeback.
