LAHORE, Feb 27: A three-goal rally in the final chukker by Julio Nevillo Astrada, who scored all six goals for Glaxo Smith Kline/Rangers helped his team play a 6-all game against Bank Alfalah in the Aibak Cup Polo here on Wednesday.

The bankers made a 2-1 start in the first chukker when five-goal Juan Garcia Grossi struck two and Astrada reduced the margin.

But Astrada dominated the second chukker, scoring back-to-back to bring his team ahead by 3-2.

Grossi never gave up the fight and again put the bankers in front (5-3) by scoring three in a row in the third chukker. In the fourth chukker, Grossi had further consolidated the lead to 6-3 before Astrada launched a fine recovery scoring three to equalise the score before the final whistle.

Meanwhile, national champions ABN Amro Bank outplayed Bank of Punjab 10 1/2-2-3. With a half-goal handicap, the winners had Jose Rivas (5), Hissam Ali Hyder (3), Sufi Mohammad Haris (1) and Adnan Jalil (1) as their scorers. Diego White (2) and Mir Shoaib Ahmad (1) scored for the losing side.
