NOWSHERA, Feb 22: A teenaged girl allegedly committed suicide, while a young man was killed over a family dispute in separate incidents here on Friday.
The police quoted Yar Mohammad, father of the girl, as saying that his daughter Sumera received a stray bullet inside the house and died instantly.
However, residents claimed that the girl was unhappy after her father decided to marry her to a man from the Punjab province. They said that the girl committed suicide in the house.
In the other incident, Resham Gul was shot at and killed by his rivals in the Saleh Khana village here.
