SHIKARPUR, Feb 17: On an application of PPP candidate for NA-203 Shikarpur-II, Sardar Wahid Bux Bhayo, regarding recovery of missing blank ballot papers, the DRO Shikarpur had ordered lodging of an FIR into the matter. The returning officer for NA-203, Aftab Ahmed Bughio, was replaced.—BoC
