SHIKARPUR: Passengers looted

SHIKARPUR, Feb 10: Around 10 outlaws intercepted a Karachi-bound passenger coach and robbed passengers of cash, mobile sets and other valuables near Mangi Laaro on Khanpur-Kandhkot road in the wee hours of Sunday. The coach was coming from Peshawar.

The passengers and the coach staff blocked the road for one hour to protest against the robbery. The road was reopened for vehicular traffic, when SHO Khanpur police assured them of arresting the culprits and recovering the looted properties.
