PPP workers booked

KHAIRPUR, Feb 7: Supporters of the Pakistan Muslim League (Functional) lodged three cases against 23 workers of the Pakistan People’s Party and 23 unidentified people on Wednesday night.

An FIR was lodged by Khadim Hussain Aradin at Kotdiji police against 10 nominated and nine unidentified people.

The complainant stated that he was a worker of the PML-F and he was going for election work to Khanan Buriro village when the accused opened fire on him.

Haji Arbab Ali Palh lodged another FIR at Kotdiji police against 10 nominated people. The complainant said that he was a worker of the PML-F. He alleged that the accused opened fire on him near the village when he reached there after receiving information on phone from Khadim Aradin about firing on him.

Ayaz Ali Hattar of Niwaro lodged an FIR at Sobhodero police against 17 people. He said he was in charge of his party’s camp in Niwaro which had been attacked by Yousuf Bhutto, Rafique, Mumtaz, Parvez, Zamir, Najaf, Irshad, Nabi Bux, Faqir Mohammad and others.
