MANSEHRA, Feb 5: Four members of a family, including three women, were killed over old enmity here on Tuesday.

Darband Police Station officials said that the accused, Abdus Sattar, entered into the house of Mohammad Miskeen in the Karori village and opened fire at the family members, killing Kulsoom Bibi, her mother Wazir Jan, uncle Khanizaman and aunt Mukmad Jan, wife of Khanizaman.

The police registered an FIR on the report of Samandar Khan and started investigations. Residents of the area said that the accused had allegedly killed a young man of the family in 2006 after

Miskeen refused a marriage proposal of Abdus Sattar for his daughter Kulsoom Bibi. A local court had declared the accused proclaimed offender after he did not appear in the case.
