HYDERABAD, April 9: The controller of examinations, University of Sindh, has announced the schedule for submission of examination forms for regular postgraduate classes of MA, MSc, M.Com (previous and final) and postgraduate diploma in public administration for the annual examination, 2001.

The examination forms can be obtained from the offices of the principals of the affiliated degree colleges of the university on the prescribed fee from April 10.

The students have been advised to enclose the original marks certificate of the last qualifying examination, copy of the enrolment card, four passport size photographs and two copies of the national identity card with the form.

The students have been asked to write down their full details on the back of challan and attach original copy with the examination form.

The last date for submission of the examination forms has been fixed at April 29.
