Inter-Varsity badminton

ISLAMABAD, Jan. 24: All Pakistan Inter-University Badminton (Men) Championship will begin on Saturday, organized by NUST in collaboration with the Pakistan Universities Sports Board of Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Lt. Gen Muhammad Asghar, Rector, National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Rawalpindi will inaugurate the event.

Each team will comprise five players and two officials. Singles, doubles and team event would be contested in the championship.

As many as 35 universities from all over the country have confirmed their participation in the event so far. The Championship will conclud on Jan 29.—Agencies
