LONDON, Jan 17: Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned Thursday’s bomb blast in an Imambargah in Peshawar and the loss of valuable lives.

He termed this a conspiracy to incite sectarian violence.

He said the elements behind the blast were enemies of the country and the people. He appealed to the people of different sects to work unitedly to defeat the conspiracy. He also appealed to the ulema to play their role in promoting sectarian harmony.
