LAHORE: LHC timings

LAHORE, April 6: The following timings shall be observed by the Lahore High Court (principal seat and the benches) and civil and sessions courts in the Punjab from April 8 to Oct 5:

HIGH COURT: Monday to Thursday — court sittings from 9am to 11:30 and from 12noon to 2:30pm Interval — from 11:30am to 12 noon.

Friday — court sittings from 9am to 11:30am and from 12 noon to 1pm Interval from 11:30 to 12 noon.

Saturday: No court sittings on Saturday unless a judge decides otherwise when work may be according to the timings given. This day will be reserved for dictating judgments or other work either in chambers or at residence.

LHC office hears: Monday to Thursday and Saturday —- from 9am to 3:30pm (with interval for prayer from 2pm to 2:20pm).

Friday — from 9am to 1pm.

Civil and Sessions Courts: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: From 9am to 4pm (with half an hour break for prayer from 2pm to 2:30pm). Friday —- 9am to 1pm. — Staff Reporter
