District badminton from 25th

PESHAWAR, Jan 15: Some 40 men as well as women would be taking part in the Peshawar district badminton championships to be held here at the Mini Indoor Badminton Hall of Qayyum Sports Complex from Jan 25 to 28.

According to Abdus Salam, former national junior champion and president of the Peshawar District Badminton Association, and Sadaqatullah Khan, the association’s secretary, all arrangements for the event have already been made.

Categories and events include singles and doubles for men and women, mixed doubles, veteran and Under-19 singles and doubles.—APP
