Gas pipeline blown up

QUETTA, Jan 12: Gas supply was suspended to Mastung and Kalat districts of Balochistan on Saturday as some people blew up a pipeline near the Mian Ghundi area of Quetta.

According to sources, an explosive device was planted under the pipeline supplying gas to Kalat and Mastung districts. “About a four-feet-long portion of the pipeline was blown up in the blast,” police sources said, adding that repairing of the destroyed pipeline was under progress.
