LARKANA, Jan 8: The philosophy of late Z.A. Bhutto lies in devolution of power to grassroots level making people master of their fate, said Pakistan People’s Party (Shaheed Bhutto) chairperson Ghinwa Bhutto on Tuesday. Addressing a meeting of the Sindh council of PPP (Shaheed Bhutto) at Al-Murtaza House, she said police, judiciary and financial matters should be handled at the union council level. She said no one can claim monopoly on Z.A. Bhutto’s vision and philosophy as all, including Fatima Bhutto and junior Zulfikar, are true guardians of his commitment with people.

She said the day is not far when the dream of Z.A. Bhutto will be translated into reality with rule of people. In her speech punctuated with slogans of ‘Zindah hai Bhutto Zindah hai’, she said gradually PPP (SB) would take roots in Punjab and other parts of Sindh and both Fatima and Junior Zulfikar would join and lead masses.

The meeting unanimously said ‘no’ to giving entry to people which led to the assassination of Ms Benazir Bhutto. She said that she always consulted party workers prior to arriving at any decision.
