LAHORE, Dec 29: An Edhi welfare centre in Sukkur is providing eatables to more than 3,000 passengers of three trains stuck at Rohri and Pannu Aqil railway stations.
A spokesman for the charity announced here on Saturday that the passengers of Bhambhore, Super and Awam Express were provided dinner on Friday evening and breakfast on Saturday morning, while a body was also airlifted to Sukkur. The charity also shifted former MPA Akhtar Jadoon from Larkana to a Karachi hospital after he was injured in firing in Mehr village. —Staff Reporter
