KARACHI, Dec 27: The Boat Basin police on Thursday submitted the FIR (No.490/2007) pertaining to the murder of eminent artist Abdul Ismail Gulgee, his wife Zareen and their maid, Asia, to the Judicial Magistrate, Karachi South, Khushi Mohammad.

They were found dead in their Clifton residence on Dec 18 and the incident was reported by Gulgee’s only son, Amin Gulgee, who lives in an adjoining portion of house.

Meanwhile, Darakhshan police on Thursday submitted the FIR (No.510/2007) of the murder of Shahzad Ali Rind, son of Balochistan Chief Secretary K. B. Rind to the same magistrate.

The FIR was registered on Dec 17 against unknown suspects on complaint of Ghulam Husain, driver of the deceased.—PPI
