Man injured by kite string

LAHORE, Dec 25: A 35-year-old man was injured by the string of a stray kite near the FC College underpass on Tuesday evening.

Tabassum Hayat, a resident of Neelam Block of Iqbal Town, was going on a motorcycle when the string of a stray kite inflicted a cut on his throat.

Tabassum, in a state of bleeding, reached the Rescue 1122 head office situated on Main Ferozpur Road on foot from where he was rushed to Services Hospital.

Tabassum, a father of four, works in an auto-workshop.
