Published December 19, 2007

MITHI, Dec 18: Tenure of Arbab Rahim as Chief Minister of Sindh has been the darkest one as his henchmen usurped the rights of masses and impoverished Tharis implicated in false cases, said President, PPP District Tharparkar and a candidate for NA-229, Mahesh Kumar Malani and Pesumal Kohistani candidate for PS-61.

Speaking to people in Chelhar during election campaign Mahesh Kumar said, “Mr Rahim divided some big districts of Sindh on the behest of vested interests.”

Dr Khatumal Jeevan alleged thefts, robberies and burglaries were at peak in Thar during the rule of Dr Rahim who played major role in patronising and protecting assassinators of Ladu Meghwar, Ram Maheshwari and Abdul Rehman Rahoomo.—BoC
