SIALKOT, Dec 11: The district bar association (DBA) observed a black day to mark President Pervez Musharraf’s visit here on Tuesday.

An urgent meeting was held at the bar room which was chaired by DBA president Iqbal Harrar.

The participants decided to boycott court proceedings. They wore black armbands and hoisted a black flag at the bar office.

Later, they took out a rally and chanted anti-Musharraf slogans.

They demanded immediate restoration of the Constitution and reinstatement of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and other superior court judges.
