Wrestling title for Wapda

LAHORE, Dec 3: Wapda with three gold, two silver and one bronze medals won the National Junior wrestling championship in Sialkot.

Army claimed second position while the Higher Education Commission (HEC) was third.

Other teams which took part in the championship were: Railways, NWFP, Punjab and Police.

Results:

55kg: Basharat Ali (Wapda); Rehmat Ali (Army); Ghulam Farid (HEC).

60kg: Mohsin Abbas (Wapda); Mohammad Mustafa (HEC); Mohammad Asim (Police).

74kg: Tahir Ali (Railways).

84kg: Tahseen Ali (Punjab); Mohsin Riaz (Wapda); Tahir Ali (Railways).

96kg: Mohammad Bilal (HEC); Israr Hussain (Railways); Wasim Bari (Wapda).

120kg; Imran Ali (Wapda); Zulifqar Ali (Army); Sulaiman Khan (Police).
