Adnan excels in school cricket

KARACHI, Nov 22: Shaheen Public School qualified for the PCB National Schools Cricket Championship (Karachi Region), beating Ghazi Foundation School by 27 runs in the quarter-final at the KCCA Stadium on Wednesday.

Adnan Khan made 51 as Shaheen Public posted 147-8 in 40 overs. Wasim Ali captured four wickets for 30 in seven overs as Ghazi Foundation were spun out for 120 in 35.1 overs.

On Tuesday, Ebrahim Alibahi School (Metroville) also qualified for the last-four stage, beating APWA High school by 84 runs.
