LAKKI MARWAT, March 24: A meeting of PML (QA) was held here on Saturday, to review the preparations under way for the forthcoming visit of the party leaders. Mohammad Aslam Khan at Esakhel House presided over the meeting.

Pakistan Muslim League (QA) leaders including its President Mian Mohammad Azhar, General-Secretary Gohar Ayub Khan, Ejaz-ul-Haq, Fakher Imam and other elites have been invited by NWFP party President Salim Saifullah Khan to a public rally at Umer Gul Chowk Children Park on March 28. Former MNA Ghulam-ud-din, divisional organizer, was the chief guest on the occasion.

Formation of PML (QA) district cabinet would take shape in consultation with Salim Saifullah Khan as was unanimously decided in the gathering for town councils and union council bodies. Advice would also be sought from the area activists concerned to constitute cabinet.

Speaking on the occasion Haji Mohammad Aslam Khan, Ghulam-ud-Din Marwat, Mohammad Azim Khan Begu Khel, Nawab of Chowki Jand Haji Saifullah Jan Khan, Sahibzada Qudratullah Khan and Nazim Malik Abdur Rauf Khan stressed upon the participants to leave no stone unturned for a successful rally and to accord warm welcome to the PML (QA) leaders.

They also instructed party workers to install welcome gates, and display banners inscribed with party slogans and motto.

Earlier at the meeting, the participants offered Fateha to mark the Pakistan Day. Speaker told the gathering that as the Pak armed forces were guarding the country boundaries, so it was the duty of all countrymen to celebrate the day.
