Man shot dead

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Nov 3: A person was killed by his relative over an old enmity in Faten Faqir colony, Padidan, on Friday night.

Amir Bux Buledi has shot dead has his relative, Mohammad Khan, son of Arzi Khan Buledi.

Earlier, the brother of Amir Bux had been reportedly killed by Mohammad Khan sometime ago in Shikarpur district and that was said to be the cause of the murder.

On the complaint of mother of Mohammad Khan, Sharifan, Padidan police have lodged a case.

No arrest has been made till the filing of this report.

DEMO: A cycle mechanic, Gulab Abro, along with his five children and several other citizens of Bhirya town staged demonstration and sit-in outside the press club against the Dadu police on Saturday.

The mechanic complained that the ASI Dadu police station on instigation of his relatives had lodged a fake FIR of dacoity against him at Dadu police station and arrested him about one-and-a-half month ago and presently he was released on bail.

He appealed to the police authorities and human rights organisations to take notice and provide him justice.
