KARACHI, Oct 24: The following were Wednesday’s commodity market rates in rupees.

Oilseeds

RAPESEED (per 40 kg): Dadulane 1,150 to 1,200; Mirpurlane 1,150 to 1,200; Nawabshah 1,250 to 1,300; Castor Seed (Sindh) 880 to 900.

EDIBLE OILS (per 40 kg): Coconut oil 4,000 to 4,300; Rapeseed and Mustard oil 3,200 to 3,400; Ghee Vanaspati (per 16 kg) 1,280 to 1,380.

Cereals

BARELY (per 100 kg): 1,080 to 1,100; Bajra 1,000 to 1,300; Maize 1,000 to 1,200; Jowar 1,150 to 1,200; Wheat Mexi Pak 1,600 to 1,650; Maida (80 kg) 1,500 to 1,550; Suji 1,500 to 1,550; Atta 1,380 to 1,420.

RICE (per 100 kg): Basmati Karnel 4,400 to 5,400; 386

Basmati 3,550 to 3,750; Basmati 385 Saila 3,500 to 3,700; Basmati Broken 2,500 to 2,700; Basmati Super 4,000 to 4,600; Irri-6 Sindh 1,480 to 1,580; Irri-9 Sindh 2,000 to 2,400.

Pulses

WHOLE (per 100 kg): Mash (Imported) 4,000 to 4,200; Masoor (Imported) 3,900 to 4,000; Moong (Punjab) 4,100 to 4,400; Gram Yellow 1,550 to 1,850; Gram White (Kabli) 4,400 to 4,800; Gram Black 3,200 to 3,500; Arhar 3,300 to 3,500.

WASHED (per 40 kg): Mash 2,100 to 2,200; Moong 1,900 to 2,100; Masoor 1,700 to 1,800; Arhar 1,700 to 1,800; Gram (100 kg) 3,600 to 4,000.

SUGAR (per 40 kg): 1,060 to 1,080; Sugar Desi NA; Gur 800 to 1,200.

Spices

EGGS: Rs1,450 to Rs1,455 per crate of 30 dozens, Broiler (Live): Rs88 per kilo; Culled Bird (Live): Rs50 per kilo.

The following are the maximum retail rates for Thursday:
