Beware of imposter, warns ISPR

Published October 21, 2007

RAWALPINDI, Oct 20: A spokesman for the ISPR has warned the general public to beware of an imposter who poses as a government functionary, representative of ISPR Directorate or event manager and asks for donations for an event to be organised in Karachi to help the affected people of recent floods.

He introduces himself as Mr Inam and usually calls from a mobile number (0321-6754776).

The spokesman has advised the public not to fall prey to such unscrupulous elements.—APP
