LAHORE, Oct 17: Chemists have submitted their recommendations to the provincial health secretary regarding the ‘controversial clauses’ of the new drug rules.
The Pakistan Chemist Retailers Association said: “Sub-rule 2 and 3 should be deleted since schedule G comprises a bulk of medicines in which medical stores depend much and if it is implemented their business will be no more.”
It also criticised the composition of the district board and suggested that representatives of the association should be included in it.
