Cylinder bomb defused

KOHAT, Oct 16: Bomb disposal squad personnel on Monday defused a bomb hidden in a gas cylinder in a music centre in the old bus stand area, police said.

The rescue-15 staff checked a gas cylinder which had a timer on its top in the Farman Music Centre.

The cylinder was filled with petrol and explosive material.

The bomb disposal squad removed the detonators and dismantled it in the Company Park.
