PESHAWAR, Oct 11: The NWFP government on Thursday notified the termination of Mohammad Akram Khan Durrani’s services as chief minister, besides those of 10 other leaders who were serving as ministers.

According to the notification, the names of the leaders whose services as ministers have been terminated are: Maulana Fazle Ali Haqqani (education), Maulana Hafiz Akhtar Ali (irrigation and power), Qari Mehmood, (agriculture, livestock and cooperatives), Sardar Muhammad Idrees (local government, elections and rural development), Malik Zafar Azam (industries, commerce, mineral development and technical education and law and parliamentary affairs), Asif Iqbal Daudzai (information and public relations), Maulana Amanullah Haqqani (auqaf and religious affairs), Akhtar Nawaz Khan (transport and fisheries), Mohammad Ayaz Khan (Small Industries Development Board and mineral development) and Maulana Muhammad Asmatullah (revenue).
