Barber shops blown up

TIMERGARA (Lower Dir), Oct 9: Two barber shops were blown up in the main Kumbar bazaar of the Maidan area in Lower Dir on Monday nigh, residents said.

First blast occurred in a shop in the Aman market at around midnight. About 12 shops in its vicinity were partially damaged.

The second explosion took place after three hours in another shop in the Khalil Market. The shop was completely destroyed and three other nearby shops were damaged.

Residents said that they heard powerful explosions at around midnight.

Police have registered a case against unidentified miscreants.—Correspondent
