OKARA/SAHIWAL, Oct 8: Lawyers observed a complete strike in Okara and Sahiwal on Monday in protest against police torture on lawyers in Peshawar on Oct 6.

They stage rallies and observed a ‘black day’. The Okara District Bar Association also adopted a resolution against Okara patrolling police for manhandling lawyer Rana Rizwan Khan.

Sahiwal District Bar Association took out a rally and demanded the arrest of the police officers for torturing Peshawar lawyers.
