The court also declared Shah’s 12 accomplices proclaimed offenders on a police investigator’s plea.

Investigation officer Zubair Nawaz produced Shah and aides Ibrar Husain, Imtiaz Husain and Shahid in the court and urged it to declare Shah’s co-accused Subeh Gilani, Chan Pir, Zamirul Hasan, Manzoor Ahmad, Navid Akram, Munawwar Husain, Abdul Qayyum, Intizar Husain, Adnan Karamat, Sajjad Ahmad and Shahzad Ahmad proclaimed offenders because they did not appear in the court despite repeated notices.
