Four killed in incidents

KOHAT, Sept 26: At least four people, including two brothers, were killed and six others injured in different incidents as rival groups clashed in Chambai and Gumbat areas of Kohat late Tuesday night.

The dead and the injured of the Chambai incident were admitted to separate hospitals by the police to avoid further clash between members of two groups.

The emergency staff of the KDA, district hospital said that they had received the body of one Sameen and an injured identified as Khurshid.

The Liaquat Memorial Hospital staff confirmed that the police had brought the body of Ghulam Jan and injured Rashid, Khashif and Baqi Khan. The Saddar police have registered a case and started investigations.

In the second incident, two brothers – Ramid and Naeem -- were killed and Rabia, a minor child, and Nasir Mahmood were injured in Gumbat, 40 kilometres from here, on the Rawalpindi road.
