ISLAMABAD, Sept 20: Senior Superintendent of Police Dr Naeem Khan has been appointed SSP Operations Islamabad, here on Thursday.

The position of SSP Operations Islamabad had been vacant since Sept 12, when SSP Zafar Iqbal was transferred to the establishment division and made officer on special duty (OSD).

SSP Khan has been transferred from the security department of the Islamabad police to the operations department and took charge of his office on Thursday.
