Cadet, Junior bouts from tomorrow

LAHORE, Sept 3: The fifth Gold Cup National Cadet and Junior boxing championship will begin at the Atiq Stadium from Wednesday, the Punjab Boxing Association announced on Monday.

More than 200 boxers from the four provinces, Army, Railways, Navy, PAF, Wapda, Pakistan Steels Mill, Karachi Port Trust, PTCL and KESC will be taking part in the event.

Boxers aged between 15 to 17 years are eligible for the cadet event whereas the junior competition comprises boxers of 17 to 19 years of age.
