KARAK, Sept 3: The Terri Gas Action Committee (Tgac) has decided to move the Peshawar High Court against the provincial government’s decision of not providing funds for gas supply to the Banda Daud Shah tehsil.

At a meeting held here on Monday, the committee criticised provincial government’s decision that funds only be released for supplying gas to Karak tehsil and Takht-i-Nusarti. They lashed out at the government for ignoring the Banda Daud Shah tehsil.

The committee members decided to attend the meeting convened by tehsil nazim Hameed-ullah Khattak to discuss the royalty of gas.

The meeting was presided over by Tgac president Farooq Khan and attended by vice-president Usman Khattak, Nazim Raza Abbas and other members of the committee.
